The product is good. If you order the right size. And it doesn't constantly shift or fold like some other waist trainers. You can do it as loose or tight as you want thanks to the Velcro. you can keep the Velcro high or low no matter where your problem zones are. I only have it too short to see if the result of weight loss is included. But it sits comfortably firmly at the back and it adapts nicely to your body and body temperature. And I find it easy to put on myself. If you pin the 1st on top. Then you can get it on from bottom to top without help. Definitely recommended and especially now that the weather is getting colder !! Do, do, do !!! I got 2 for myself and 1 for a good friend and she is also very pleased with it

I love everything about this faja. It feels soft and not stiff. I ordered a medium size because I didn't want it too tight around my thighs and show through my pants. If you have a smaller waist I suggest you do this and take it to an alteration place and have them take in the waist as many centimeters as you need.

I’ve purchased a total of 4 shapewears over the years and this one is absolutely the best one for the price. It is worth it. I have a huge problem with inflammation and water retention so I needed a compression garment. This really does the work. The fit was tight while putting it on but not hard to do. Once I had it on my body just transformed into it for real. I wear it daily and I promise you I ended up looking a size smaller or more. It fits great under my clothing. Shirts look good and the built in bra is a good fit also. The upper coverage is better for me than my regular bras and I love how my waistline looks . The best part it’s durable in the was and makes me looked toned. I can’t say enough enough about this brand. Better than supposedly medical grade (which I have tried before)

This product is awesome it's works just like its described, the only reason that I gave it four stars it because it's too tight on the thighs. But otherwise it making my stomach looking flat and it doesn't show like you have something inside your cloth at all. Totally recommends for anyone.

The material is the same as what doctors give after surgeries such as C-Sections, Lipo, Postpartum and Tummy Tucks. I love the open rear because with the flap, you do get tired of holding it. The front has a flap that you can move to the side to use tge restroom with ease. I will be ordering another. Highly recommended
